North Carolina—Cleveland County

This is somewhat to be expected from rural NC.  Thanks to a friend of mine, I know that not everyone in this county is the type who would be capable of posting a sign like this.  Still, this attitude is fairly common in North Carolina.  Even in the more urban areas there is a lot of the attitude that:
